9/2002 - Mr. Suttle wins another award.

Mr. Suttle has taken 2nd place in the Toast Masters Divisional Competition. The award was won in the Table Topic category, which is designed to force the competitors to think on their feet. The topic for the speech is not given to the competitor until he reaches the stage.
